Founded in 2020 in memory of Shatavia Walls, Mylah's Organization Inc. began as a small initiative to address pressing challenges in East New York, Brooklyn.

Our MISSION

Our mission at Mylah’s Organization Inc. is to empower the East New York Community by providing critical services such as gun violence prevention, youth involvement programs, hunger relief and educational opportunities. We strive to motivate and support youth, helping them learn, achieve, and reach their fullest potential. By offering resources that uplift individuals and families, we aim to create a safer, more united community where everyone can thrive.

Founder
With over 20 years of community service experience, Michael's vision drives our organization forward building a team, fundraising, advocating for the cause, and leading with a clear purpose.

Chief Executive Officer
Leading our initiatives since 2020, Shanice brings passion and dedication to every project. Shanice is also responsible for making major decisions, driving the direction of the organization.
